She said she had a friendly relationship with the first defendant, who deluded her into wanting to be associated with her, and persuaded her to lend him money to prepare the marital home, and as a result the complainant transferred, in 6 years , amounts as a loan to the defendant and the total value of the bank transfers by money exchange The amount of 98,160 dirhams and the total of the transfers from his bank account to the defendant’s account amounted to 82,100 dirhams.
She indicated that the defendant deceived her after deceiving her of her ability to sell the Mercedes-owned car, which cost 652,962 dirhams.
The investigation revealed that the defendant sold the car for 359,000 dirhams, and did not deliver the amount to the complainant, so the court decided to oblige him to pay the aforementioned compensation and dismissed the case against the second defendant, with which it was associated with.
