PSD leader Marcel Ciolacu said on Antena 3 on Sunday about Nicuşor Dan that it is better to resign and let the people of Bucharest find a deputy mayor, because he does not have the capacity to lead the Romanian capital administratively, News.ro announces.
“Are you interested in the warmth of the people of Bucharest on November 10? Do you wake up in November? Let Ciolacu call. It is an inconsistency, he has a surplus of 200 million lei in September and is asking the government for help. We will have the discussion in the coalition, if the prime minister wants to have this discussion, it’s not in my powers,” Ciolacu said, after the mayor of the capital asked him to speak with the finance minister to resolve the thermal problem in Bucharest.
The PSD leader continued: “From my point of view, I stand by my opinion, the best thing is to resign, to let the people of Bucharest find a deputy mayor. He doesn’t have the ability to administratively lead the capital of Romania, he hasn’t the necessary knowledge”.
“As for my PNL partners, I urge them to admit that they were wrong to support Nicusor Dan,” Ciolacu said.
