According to the head of the LPSK, Hasto Atmojo Saroso, Bharada E’s application to become a collaborator of justice has been approved since Friday (8/12/2022).
Hasto said Bharada E’s role in Brigadier J’s case was not great. This is because Bharada E’s shooting action against Brigadier J was ordered by his superiors.
“We believe that Bharada E qualifies as a collaborator of justice, because he is not the lead perpetrator. Bharada E is a criminal but with a minor role, because he has received orders from his superiors,” said Hasto.
