Another case of tramsurfing observed this Thursday morning, in Lyon. At around 8.45 am, a man was seen hanging behind a tram on line T2 at the Garibaldi-Berthelot stop, in the Saint-Priest direction towards Hôtel de Région Montrochet.
According to one of our journalists on site, the individual, who appears to be in his twenties, was already hooked up upstream from the station and remained on the train after the tram had left.
A dangerous practice
The fraudster, wearing a cap, a blue bag and sneakers, wedges his foot on one of the rear lights of the tram and grabs his hands on the windshield pillar.
In addition to the fact that it is strictly prohibited, remember that this practice is very dangerous, responsible for many accidents. In mid-September, a 15-year-old teenager died after falling from a tramway behind which he was hung, at the Vaulx-en-Velin-la Soie station.
