Stefano De Martino is one of the most loved faces of Italian TV. Since he entered the most famous school in Italy more than a decade ago, that of “Friends of Maria De Filippi“, The handsome Neapolitan captured the attention of the whole audience.
The thirty-year-old Neapolitan managed to make people talk about himself not for his career but also for the gossip around his love life: first as the singer’s boyfriend Emma Marrone and then as a husband of Belen Rodriguez, with whom he separated first in 2015 and then definitively last year.
Now that he has become an established character in the show, he has abandoned himself to a rather bitter confession which surprised all the fans. Here is what the conductor of “Tonight everything is possible” said.

In an interview with ‘Vanity Fair,’ the presenter revealed the reasons behind his choice to leave the world of dance after he had presented himself to “Amici” in the category of ‘dance’.
Here’s what the former dancer said: “As a dancer I was not extraordinary and I didn’t have the grace of an etoile. I had the professionalism and I held the job in my fingers, but let’s be honest and let’s face it: if I stopped suddenly no one would have noticed“. An almost “obligatory” decision when he realized he didn’t have such a marked talent.
As conductor Stefano has in fact inaugurated a new sparkling phase of his career that is bringing him a lot of satisfaction. Viewers seem to really appreciate it in this new guise.
