They face a possible crime against road safety. They are two young people who were driving on a road in the worst possible way. As confirmed by the Civil Guard, these are two men who, while one was driving, the other was sitting on the roof of an all-terrain car on a mountain road, of course open to traffic and with a winding layout, many curves and low visibility areas. .
Reckless driving
Although the images were recorded in the month of October and shared on social networks, it was only now that this event became known and was investigated by the GIAT Team (Traffic Investigation and Analysis Group) of the Traffic Subsector of the Civil Guard of Castellon.
The video showed a driver driving with a half-naked man on the roof of the vehicle, while another car records what happened from behind. A very dangerous situation that poses a serious risk to circulation.
After having proof of the video, the Civil Guard begins the investigation to find out where the images were taken and who participated. It has been concluded that it is the CV-147 highway, Castellón-Benicasim through the area known as Desierto de las Palmas, in the downward section towards the city of Castellón.
The investigations have also made it possible to identify and locate the protagonists of this event, now being investigated for a crime against road safety. One of them is admitted to jail for other criminal acts.
