A 40-year-old from Sarno was subjected to a precautionary measure prohibiting him from approaching places frequented by his ex-partner, with the application of an electronic bracelet. The measure was carried out by the Carabinieri of the Sarno station following an order issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nocera Inferiore, at the request of the local Prosecutor’s Office.
The man is currently under investigation for a series of serious crimes, including mistreatment of family members or cohabitants, personal injury and threats, all committed against his ex-partner. The charges arose from episodes of violence and intimidation that led the judicial authorities to intervene with restrictive measures to protect the victim.
The restraining order was issued to ensure the safety of the victim and prevent further violence. The man, now wearing an electronic bracelet, will be monitored at all times to ensure he complies with the restrictions imposed by the court.
