Four months in prison, it is the sentence to which a young driver was sentenced for having fled his responsibilities by not stopping at a control on the night of Thursday to Friday in Ariège. He was driving without a license, under the influence of narcotics… and in addition left his wife and 8 month old child in the car to escape before being arrested.

He abandons wife and child!

The driver is placed in police custody for refusing to comply, driving while having been the subject of narcotics, illicit use of narcotic products and driving without a driving license. Presented before the public prosecutor on August 21, the fugitive is tried in court on prior admission of guilt for the aforementioned facts to which are added older facts of driving a vehicle without a driver’s license, possession of narcotics and non-execution of a citizenship course pronounced as a penalty.
He was sentenced to 4 months’ imprisonment with a two-year probationary period.
