Pangandaran – Representative of Harley Davidson Club Indonesia (HDCI) Bandung Boyke Luthfiana Syahrir admitted that he would be more careful when running touring. His party also apologized to the family of the twin boys who were killed by two motorbikes during the HDCI convoy to Pangandaran, Saturday (12/3/2022).
“This means that this is a disaster, it becomes an evaluation for us to be more careful and orderly again,” said Boy at the Kalipucang Mapolsek, Pangandaran on Saturday (12/3/2022).
According to Boyke, this incident has been amicably resolved with the victim’s family. In fact, the islah process has been carried out, represented by the brother of the twins.
“Even though this incident is who is right and who is wrong, this is a common mistake. Whether it is a pedestrian or a driver, the proof of guilt is only with the authorities,” he said.
“This means that it has not been proven, because it has not been processed into the realm of the legal process. And we are very responsible. We ask all parties not to exaggerate this problem, because other drivers are also the same,” said Boyke continued.
At the time of the incident, Boyke claimed that the speed of the motorbike group was actually not too fast. According to him, pedestrians who are still children sometimes neglect to see the speed of the vehicle.
“And we don’t blame it. Our riders are really not at high speed of only 60 km / h and are not affected by anything. We are very orderly,” he concluded.
Meanwhile, the Head of Laka at the Pangandaran Police, Ipda Dimas, said that the Kalipucang Police Laka unit was the first to handle this incident. “But the investigation will be transferred directly to the Ciamis Police Traffic Unit,” he said.
The victim’s sister Iwa Kartiwa (36) admitted sincerely about the tragedy. “I represent the family sincerely and accept the tragedy that befell us,” he told detikJabar, Saturday (12/3/2022).
Although he has made peace regarding this accident case, Iwan still submits the legal process to the authorities.
