HBC Nantes is pleased to announce the arrival of Swedish international pivot William Höghielm next season, from Redbergslids IK (Swedish D1).
The 23-year-old pivot has just signed a two-season contract with HBC Nantes.
Having turned professional at Redbergslids IK (Gothenburg) in 2020, he stands out as the pivot who has scored the most goals in the last two seasons of 1time Swedish division (106 goals in 21-22 and 95 goals in 22-23). Noteworthy performances that earned him a call with the Swedish national team last February.
A mobile pivot with an impressive size (1.86m – 110kg) and capable of evolving in attack and defense, William Höghielm won over the Nantes staff during his several-day trial at the H Arena.
Nantes future is looking forward to his first experience abroad:
