Cuban singer Haydée Milanés met with talented rapper Bian Oscar Rodríguez Gala, better known by his stage name as ‘El B’.
Through social networks, the daughter of the late Cuban troubadour, Pablo Milanés, shared a photograph in which she looks very comfortable with the rapper, with whom it is now speculated, could be preparing an important musical collaboration.
“What an honor, what a joy to share with the great El B, whom I always admired for his talent, sensitivity and courage. Gifts of life!”, Haydée expressed in the description of her publication on Instagram.
The singer expressed great appreciation and admiration for the urban singer, who is known for his oppositional lyrics, an oppositional stance that Milanés also shares.
This meeting comes a few days after Haydée published a litany against the Cuban dictatorship, demanding that the yoke on her people end and urging Cubans to say “enough is enough” to the abuses.
In that publication, Milanés denounced the terrible situation of the country, the precariousness of its people, shortage of food and basic medicinesand even the lack of housing on the part of many of its citizens, who take refuge in abandoned premises or in improvised houses made of cardboard and boards.
Since the meeting also comes one week after the demonstrations on March 17, called 17M, many users believe that a collaboration is coming to fan the fighting spirit of the people before the flame is extinguished, since demonstrations have still been registered. sporadic in some provinces of the Island.
Milanés was not the only one to speak out recently about Cuba, since for her part, El B channeled her commitment through music, premiering the song Cuba Wake Upan ode in tribute to those who decided to take to the streets during the recent protests.
