VIVA Lifestyle – Blood type can reveal more about your health than you think! According to Penn Medicine and the National Library of Medicine, certain blood types are more associated with certain diseases, but don’t panic just yet.
Choices like diet, fitness, and good habits also play a major role in health, so although you may have a slightly increased risk, maintaining a healthy lifestyle makes a difference.
Penn Medicine Dr. Douglas Guggenheim, MD, Hematology, Medical Oncology says, although blood type can put you at higher risk for certain conditions, nothing is certain.
