Singer Joy Tobing finally found her life partner after eight years as a widow.
Soon Joy will be proposed to by her lover Cahyo Permono who works as an Air Force Officer.
In his confession, Joy and Cahyo had the same experience as single parents for eight years.
“I as a singer divide my time in work and take care of children and also Bang Cahyo carries out his duties as a single parent as a TNI member but he also divides time to take care of children so we both have similar experiences,” said Joy Tobing in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Saturday (4/9).
“When we met God we felt like this was an answer to prayer, so we didn’t want to linger,” he continued.
Joy is grateful that God gave an answer to her prayer at the right moment. He was also very happy to meet the figure of Cahyo who was able to make his and his son’s life happy.
“It’s a gift, our relationship is a gift from God. So we’re both equally grateful,” Joy said.
“The long wait of eight years was not short, but that was when we prayed to God and there was an answer,” he continued.
Joy Tobing and Cahyo will marry on September 25th. He also asked for prayers so that the wedding ceremony can run smoothly.
“Please pray and bless my marriage with Cahyo if God wills wedding will be held on September 25 for a reception on October 29, please pray that everything will go well,” concluded Joy Tobing.
