WASHINGTON – Tin Gonzalez, warden woman in Fresno County prison in California, United States (US), is serving a sentence of 210 days in prison followed by two years of probation. In addition, he was also fired from his job.
The female warden was found guilty of having sex with an inmate (inmate) in front of 11 other people.
He was sentenced in court Thursday (1/7/2021) for his immoral acts and charges of giving the inmate drugs and cell phones.
Investigations into her offences began in December 2019. The 26-year-old woman is also suspected of providing inmates with razor blades and prison intelligence.

“Occasionally, (he) communicated sensitive information to prisoners about individuals who entered prison rooms and the times when the premises would be searched,” said prosecutor Kaitlin Drake of Gonzalez’s actions.
Fresno County Sheriff Assistant Steve McComas accused him of endangering fellow prison officers, betraying his oath and behaving in some of the most outrageous ways he had seen and heard in his 26 years in the sheriff’s office.
“Cutting your pants to make it easier to have sex with an inmate and having sexual intercourse in front of 11 other inmates is something only a lecherous mind can do,” he said.
