JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Recently, people’s attention has been focused on the action serial killings conducted by Rian (21) in the Puncak area, Bogor Regency, West Java.

“In this context, the state has clearly acted negligently. For so long, we have been a state, in reality, marginalized communities who have to fight for their lives in the roar of street life, continue to grow.
