A survey of Samsung Members Indonesia users found that the Get Help feature is the most attractive among Samsung Members features. They added that there is a special category for services in the Samsung Members app that makes it easier for them to find help when needed.

As said by Praryadi Slamet, Head of Customer Service, Samsung Electronics Indonesia, Samsung is committed to providing useful innovations, including supporting the activities of productive people. When you need repair or consultation, consumers don’t always need to visit service outlets.

“We present various long distance service options so that consumers do not have to bother leaving activities that are being carried out at home or anywhere. This is the privilege that we give Samsung users, they are free to choose the fastest and easiest option, ”said Praryadi.

Then, how do consumers get to enjoy the Get Help feature? Accessing Get Help itself is very easy. Consumers can open the Samsung Members application which is pre-loaded on Samsung Galaxy devices. Next, click the “Get Help” tab at the bottom.

What are the solutions provided by Samsung Get Help? First, when there are no problems, of course users want to keep the Galaxy smartphone in prime condition. To do this, after opening Get Help, use the Automatic Checks menu for automatic checks.

Furthermore, users will receive suggestions for improvements according to the current smartphone condition, such as more optimal settings, or restarting the smartphone periodically. Users can also use the Interactive Checks menu to check more specific smartphone features, such as Wi-Fi, S Pen, speakers, camera, or touch screen.

What if there is a problem with the smartphone? Users can view a list of FAQs for frequently asked questions and solutions. If you want to consult directly with Customer Service, there is a button on Get Help to call the Contact Center, or communicate via Live Chat.

One of the assistance options that Samsung can provide in consultation with Customer Service is Remote Service assistance. This digital service also makes it possible to remotely check consumer Samsung devices in real time.

The Samsung Contact Center agent will guide remote services such as software checks and resetting settings so that smartphone performance remains optimal. This service is available free of charge 24 hours a day throughout Indonesia.

Another interesting advantage offered by Samsung is that users can see the repair process firsthand. In addition, Samsung Contact Center cannot access personal data via this menu, so that consumer privacy is maintained.

If in the end you still need a visit to a Service Center for Samsung smartphone repair, consumers can also schedule a visit via Get Help, so that queues are free. To do this, access Get Help and select the Book Appointment menu.

Furthermore, consumers simply select the desired Service Center location, arrival time, and type of complaint. Samsung Customer Service will confirm the arrival schedule, as well as make an initial diagnosis and prepare spare parts that may be needed according to the required repairs.
