The residents of the Wild Virág Major of the Wild Virág Experience Farm in Szigetbec witnessed a joyful event – writes Life.hu. Mazsola, one of the Benett kangaroos, showed the public her little one, who was born with albinism. He is the first marsupial to be born in the major, and because of his special fur, he requires much more attention and care.
“Mazsola, the mother, lived in the house with us for a long time, she grew up with us, so the presence of other animals was strange for her at first. We thought she would be very happy to have a companion, so we got Palika, with whom she fell in love in a short time, and this romance the little albino kangaroo was a gift,” said Orsolya Fejes, the owner of the experience estate.
Kangaroos raise their little ones in their pouches for more than six months, and then, when the little ones are ready to live independently, they leave the protective pouch.
