Have Bright Prospects in 2022, Analyst Recommends The Following Stocks

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The economic recovery will continue in 2022, analysts see a number of stock sectors and issuers whose performance has the potential to accelerate this year, especially the industrial stock index which has the potential to record positive performance.

Kiwoom Sekuritas Indonesia analyst, Abdul Aziz, said that the industrial stock index in the future still has the potential to record positive performance, in which PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) and PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) has a fairly high weight.

“ASII is still driven by PPnBM policies that increase car sales, as well as from UNTR where the production target of coal issuers in 2022 is higher than last year, this will increase heavy equipment rentals,” Abdul said to Kontan Friday (25/3).

Panin Sekuritas analyst, William Hartanto, said the industrial stock index so far has not been attractive, while the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI)IHSG), the driving factor is still from net buy foreign investors.

Abdul said it is also necessary to pay attention to how high prices are so that there is a potential for production targets not to be achieved. Meanwhile, William said that the negative sentiment that influenced the movement still came from the Fed rate, but only temporarily.

Abdul explained the increase in the shares of PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk (HORSES) and PT Tanah Laut Tbk (INDX) is more influenced than market makerespecially now that these two stocks have experienced a decline.

Meanwhile, William said that KONI and INDX stocks could still be investment options in the short term or trading, but due to high volatility, extra vigilance is needed in following these stocks.
