I have a quick question after coming to France. Indeed, I am Belgian and I come to live in France. The problem being that to register at the Belgian embassy, I need my PIN code of my identity card and it will take more than at least a month before arriving at my diplomatic post.
This is a problem for me because I have a chronic illness and therefore need my treatment as well as several visits to my future general practitioner next month.
Is it possible to register with the security before being registered with the Belgian embassy? Or is it possible to have a paper after each visit and / or each purchase of my treatment in order to be reimbursed later when I am registered at the embassy?
I ask myself a lot of questions because my treatment is quite expensive and I am afraid that I will not be able to be reimbursed until I am registered with the social security system.
