“Nothing else to do right now! “. The mayor of Bagneux (Hauts-de-Seine) did not hide his reaction on Twitter at the time of the announcement of his summons to the administrative court of Cergy Wednesday, August 18, 2021.
In May, Marie-Hélène Amiable aedile of the town, had taken a municipal decree against street homelessness. The Hauts-de-Seine prefecture has requested its cancellation.
A decree justified by the health crisis
It is in a press release that the town hall of Bagneux announced that its first magistrate was summoned to the administrative court. Wednesday, August 18, 2021, the city council will have to justify this decree which “will continue to apply” according to the press release.
When contacted, the municipal services did not respond to our requests within our time limits.
