the emergency services from Percy Army training hospital will benefit from 100 000 euros additional work to finalize its expansion work. The elected officials of Clamart (Hauts-de-Seine) voted for this donation unanimously, during the city’s municipal council held on Thursday, September 15, 2021. A donation which is accompanied by a counterpart: that the services of the military establishment open up a little more on the city.
Strengthening the city-hospital link
Good that Percy hospital either a military establishment, emergencies are open to the public and the institution wishes to strengthen its link with the inhabitants of the municipality by pushing the hospital outside the walls. It is in this context that the city of Clamart and the care establishment agreed, during the municipal council Thursday, September 15, “of the participation of military practitioners in the activities of the two health centers of Clamart in the form of vacation”.
About twice a month, “or more as the system evolves”, doctors in dermatology, hepato-gastroenterology or in vascular and thoracic surgery will therefore go on duty in the two health centers that the city has. “It is a desire to reach out to the population and complete the existing healthcare offer which is close to our hearts”, detailed during the city council the inspector general doctor and head of the Percy army instruction hospital. , Remi Macarez.
A “city-hospital” patient journey should also be implemented in the same specialties as well as in internal Medicine, physical and rehabilitation et en medical Biology. Some patients from the commune’s health centers will therefore be able to go to the military hospital to consult specialist doctors.
In parallel with this partnership, the municipality therefore voted for this donation of 100 000 euros to the hospital for the acquisition of new equipment for the emergency department of Percy, whose work should be completed at the end of 2022.
