They save lives every year by supporting high-mountain relief efforts. The volunteer dog handlers crisscross the Lower Alpine region and are on call, ready to intervene with their faithful partner in the event of an avalanche. This Friday in Montgenèvre, a special training session was organized with about fifteen teams including several trainees. Canine training carried out in difficult weather conditions, close to the reality on the ground.
