Thus, on the advice of the communication department of the town hall of Aucamville, Gérard André, mayor of the town, signed a very exceptional decree on December 21… and quite original. Indeed, this document allows Santa Claus to complete his rounds on the night of December 24th to 25th in Aucamville, in the best conditions!

“Santa will be free of speed limits in 30 zones”
The Municipality believes that, “given the delay accumulated by Santa Claus during the Covid period, it is imperative to bring joy, cheerfulness and happiness to all the families of Aucamvillois”, article 1 of the decree recalls that, during the night of 24 December at 25, “Santa Claus will be freed from the speed limits in the 30 zones of the municipality and that he will also be authorized to drive and park on the roofs of the city”.
In the name of energy and respect for the environment, another article of the municipal decree invites Santa Claus to use an electric sled that he can recharge, if necessary, in the Savary center car park.
