This weekend, Montauban (Tarn-et-Garonne) hosted the French championships of combined sport-boules, to which three young Haut-Alpins took part.
One of them won gold, Nicolas Charpin, titled in the G18 category. The member of (CFB Caturige) was crowned after his victory in the final over Nicolas Valentin (23-20). Previously, Charpin had taken out Loris Bouchisse (25-24) in the semi-finals, and Loïck Nury in the quarter-finals (22-21).
The two other Haut-Alpins present in Montauban were less successful. Thus Emma Escallier (CFB Champsaur Valgaudemar), crowned French shooting champion not long ago in Chenôve, and Lucas Cousin (CFB Caturige), both failed in the semi-finals in the U15 category.
