Regarding public health protection measures against the corona virus (covid-19), they will apply until 29.09.2023 The following:
Vaccinated and unvaccinated companions:
- Monday through Friday daily implementation is deemed mandatory rapid test by the patients’ attendants, which will be shown at the entrance (rapid test of daily power of entry to the Hospital)
- For patients who come to a public health structure for an examination, either with a regular appointment or as an emergency, a laboratory test is recommended using rapid test.
- The weekend, will be valid rapid test (48 hours) which will have been carried out on Friday, for the patients’ companions, which will be displayed upon entry.
We remind you that, in the forecourt of the Hospital,
Monday to Friday, 8:00-14:00
it is possible to carry out a free rapid test, from the Komy units of the EODY.
In exceptional cases and for a seriously ill patient, consultation will be made with the Director of the respective Medical Department that is being treated to allow the presence of an escort.
The accompanying patients are given a card which will be shown to the nursing staff of the Medical Department and will be returned to the Hospital with the patient’s discharge.
- The use of a mask is mandatory in the Hospital premises, due to an increase in covid-19 cases.
It is strictly forbidden to visit the Medical Departments of the Hospital.
