To some small extent, he perhaps feels like a strange bird in the company of all the superstars who also received whips sent up to the roof of the Monitor ERP Arena.
But the fact is that Anders Huss is one of Brynäs IF’s true loyalists. Between 1983 and 1999 he played 642 games for the club, and only four guys have surpassed that over the years.
In addition, there are only seven players who have scored more goals in the Brynäs jersey. And only seven players have assisted more goals.
In the points league, he ranks seventh all-time. Before legendary players like Virus Lindberg, Andreas Dackell, Anton Rödin and Tommy Sjödin.
This weekend he turned 60, and Brynäs IF congratulates and sincerely thanks for all the services this super nice and talented player has done for us during so many seasons.
We have no opinion on the fact that in recent years he has mostly been seen as a materialist in Timrå’s booth. Here he is one of many players with a big Brynäshjärta and one of our most important players of all time.
