Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has appointed a new suspect in case of alleged corruption, irregularity or misappropriation of funds from PT Waskita Beton Precast in 2016-2020. One of them is Hasnaeni Moein or known as the “Golden Woman”.
The director of investigation at the AGO’s Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes, Kuntadi, said Hasnaeni was forcibly taken by officers to undergo an examination related to the case.
“Yes, aka the golden woman. In general, we apply article 2, article 3 of the anti-corruption law, on alleged corruption,” Kuntadi told reporters on Thursday (9/22/2022).
He was wearing a prison vest when he was being taken to the Salemba Rutan Detention Center at the Attorney General’s Office on Thursday evening.
In addition, the Attorney General’s Office also arrested the suspect, a retired employee of PT Waskita Beton Precast, named Kristadi Juli Hardjanto (KJ).
“Our suspect H is detained in Salemba Rutan of the AGO branch, while suspect KJ is in Salemba Rutan of the South Jakarta District Attorney’s Office for the next 20 days,” Kuntadi said.
Previously, the AGO raised the case management status of alleged corruption, irregularity or misappropriation of the use of PT Waskita Beton Precast funds in 2016-2020 to the investigation stage. In this case, it is suspected that the state losses amounted to 2.5 trillion rupees.
In this case, before the two Hasnaeni and Kristadi, the AGO named four suspects.
The four suspects are the Marketing Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk for the period 2016-2020, Agus Wantoro (AW), General Manager of Marketing for PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk for the period 2016-August 2020 Agus Prihatmono (AP), Marketing Expert Staff (expert) PT Waskita Beton Precast Benny Prastowo (BP) and retired employee of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk, Anugrianto (A).
Previously, Hasnaeni was examined as a witness as President Director of PT Misi Mulia Metrikal. He was examined as a witness in a case of alleged corruption, irregularity and / or embezzlement in the use of PT Waskita Beton Precast funds in 2016-2020.
For information, Hasnaeni is known as the Golden Woman. It is known that Hasnaeni wanted to fight in the 2017 DKI Pilkada, but she did not succeed.
In a discussion in 2016, Hasnaeni admitted that the nickname of the Golden Woman had been deliberately attributed to her. She at that time called her Gold as an abbreviation for “Era of Prosperous Society”. She admitted that the nickname of the golden woman was used to try to run for the 2010 South Tangerang regional elections.
The “Hasnaeni Wanita Emas” sticker was also known to have been affixed as an advertisement on city buses in the Jakarta area at the time.
