According to the “study”, the groups that are prohibited from eating eggs are:
1- Diabetics
Research suggests that eating eggs may increase the risk of high blood sugar levels, which poses a risk to people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
Studies have shown that the risk of heart disease increased among men and women with diabetes who ate one or more eggs per day.
2- Cholesterol patients
A large egg contains about 186 milligrams of cholesterol, all in the yolk, which is a large amount that may lead to high LDL cholesterol, so nutrition experts recommend avoiding eating the yolk and eating the white; Where egg whites do not contain cholesterol and contain protein.
3- Those who suffer from a disease of the digestive system
Some people are unable to digest the components of eggs, whether the white or the yolk, or both, as these people suffer from a problem in the digestive system that prevents the stomach from digesting eggs as it does in other foods.
This problem causes the emergence of some disturbing symptoms such as a feeling of stomach discomfort. Symptoms of egg intolerance may not appear on people immediately after eating them, but nutrition experts recommend these people to reduce their egg intake.
