The excitement was evident when a group of residents of RT 5/RW 2, Manyaran Village, Semarang arrived. They were a group of buses that survived, where another group of buses lived accident which killed seven people.
Reported detik Jateng On the spot, it was seen that the group of residents arrived around 20.20 WIB. Before the bus arrived, a number of residents who were initially seated in the funeral tent began to stand up to welcome the group’s arrival.
When the bus arrived, a number of residents immediately approached the bus which was parked not far from the funeral tent. One by one the residents who were on the bus got off and immediately shook hands with the residents who greeted them.
Quite a few of the residents who came wept bitterly when they met the residents who welcomed them. The sobs could be seen from the parking lot to the funeral home.
Some people immediately went to their residence, others chose to stay in the funeral tent and mingle with the other residents there.
The resident on the bus, Tukijan (60), said the atmosphere of grief had been felt since the bus left Sarangan Lake, Magetan. There was no joy on the faces of the passengers along the way.
