KOMPAS.com – Head of the Enforcement Section of the Boyolali Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), Central JavaTri Joko Mulyono admitted that his heart was touched when he saw an orphaned teenager who was forced to sleep in his father’s grave.
The teenager with the initials BW admitted that he had been sleeping at his father’s grave for two months. This was revealed when BW was raided by the Police Unit
“When we saw the existence of the location it really made it’s cool. The place really has been sleeping in the tomb for a long time,” he said.

In the tomb, he saw that there were a number of items belonging to BW. Tri immediately ordered his members to move the items and asked BW not to sleep in the tomb.
“After that, we coordinated with the Social and Family Planning Service. Then I checked the location (of the funeral) with the child. At first, in Sawit, after arriving there it turned out not to be Sawit, but entered the border between Boyolali and Sukoharjo,” Tri said when contacted by Kompas.com , Saturday (6/8/2022).
After being traced, BW admitted that he slept in the grave because he wanted to be close to his late father.
“He was sleeping in the tomb because he thought he was near his late father. From the story of the child his father was buried there,” he said.
In addition, said Tri, BW has relatives. However, BW admitted that he never communicated with his brothers because they were already out of town.
“From the child’s confession, he has five siblings. He is the youngest. Then there are his brothers in Bogor, Jakarta and so on. From his confession, they have never communicated,” he explained.
Caught raid
As previously reported, BW was attacked by officers in the Surowedanan Boyolali red light area.
In front of the officers, BW admitted that he survived by odd jobs. However, BW told the officers it had only been a month since busking.
“The child’s statement was singing because he didn’t have a job. He was singing bouncy at the traffic light. He said it had only been a month (singing),” said Tri.
BW is currently looking for a place to stop by the officers. The goal is to provide better living conditions.
“With the coordination of the Social Service, we will place the child in a halfway house. There is a special room there so that they do not become one with ODGJ,” he continued.
