Manchester United are in turmoil after two negative results against Newcastle and Wolverhampton recently in the Premier League. After the Wolves match, the Daily Mail also reported that as many as 17 players are dissatisfied with their situation in the big club.
The profiles Edinson Cavani, Donny van de Beek, Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Jesse Lingard, Dean Henderson and Eric Bailly were simultaneously highlighted as key figures in the group with players who are said to be dissatisfied.
Now club legend Lou Macari, who scored 97 goals in 404 games with United in the 1970s and 1980s, is clear on what he thinks the club should do with the players.
– Everyone in the locker room who quarrels about the situation – throw them out and get rid of them, he says to Manchester United’s TV channel MUTV.
Macari thinks that the players should show more, as they are well paid and have a good life.
– You have money and that lifestyle. What more do you want? I am annoyed. I should have sat and watched eleven happy players enjoy the match (against Wolverhampton), he says.
Manchester United is in seventh place in the Premier League. On Monday, United will face Aston Villa at home in the third round of the FA Cup.
