There was a lot of discussion about the solar systems in the city of Harsewinkel, which were not connected at the time. Now insurance comes into play.
Harsewinkel (jau) – The members of the city council once again dealt with a topic that was much discussed in 2023 in the most recent meeting: behind closed doors, it was again about the solar systems on five city roofs, which were paid for and installed in 2020 , which, however, could not be connected for a longer period of time due to the complicated certification process.
This is now a thing of the past; the systems supply electricity. And yet there is still a supplement with regard to personal damage insurance for the photovoltaic systems. The mayor now commented on this: “The city of Harsewinkel accepts the settlement offer from the municipal insurance company GVV in the amount of 34,826.64 euros. The city thus accepts the two-thirds settlement of the damage offered by the property damage insurance due to the delayed connection of PV systems to the power grid.”
