When the building collapsed, Rosenberg’s daughter, Malky Weisz, 27, and her husband, Benny Weisz, 32, had just arrived for their visit on the second floor of the South Champlain Towers. As of Wednesday morning, the death toll stood at 16. More than 140 people remain unaccounted for.
