Spurs had said they would not sell their historic goalscorer for less than 100 million euros to a Premier League club. However, they did not do so either before the offers from Bayern Munich that did not seduce the London entity.
The arrival of Mauricio Pochettino to Chelsea generated a cleanup in the Blues and, incidentally, requested renowned reinforcements to achieve the reconstruction of an institution that during last season was closer to the relegation places than to fighting for a ticket to the Champions League League.
The Argentine has already directed Harry Kane at Tottenham and will not need any kind of advice to sign him again. The reality will now pass through the leadership that if he wants to see him at Stamford Bridge he knows that he will have to pay nine digits to snatch him from Bayern Munich that he no longer knows what to do to ensure a renowned reinforcement.
