HARRY KANE suffered a terrible injury after facing Rafael Toloi in England’s Nations League match against Italy.
The attacker was trying to direct the ball towards the goal when it collided with Toloi.
After facing the Italian, he went to the ground screaming in agony as he clutched his face.
Doctors were quick to treat the superstar striker, who had blood gushing from his mouth.
But Kane was able to carry on after receiving treatment, much to the relief of Gareth Southgate and his English teammates.
After a lackluster first half on both sides, Italy finally broke the deadlock in the 68th minute with a fantastic goal from Giacomo Raspadori.
The attacker drops the ball from the edge of the area on a cross from Leonardo Bonucci before cutting in and delivering a great shot in the lower right corner.
Gareth Southgate reacted quickly by making two changes, replacing Bukayo Saka with Jack Grealish and Kyle Walker with Luke Shaw.
But it was too little and too late when the Three Lions lost the clash 1-0.
The result sees England RELIEF from League A of the Nations League for the first time ever.
