Harry Kane join to Bayern Munich in order to win the trophy. Unfortunately, The Reds actually ‘lost’ 2 titles since the British bomber arrived.
Kane moved from Tottenham Hotspur to Bayern in the summer of 2023. The 30-year-old striker left London without ever winning a single trophy with The Lilywhites.
There is a reason for Kane to move to Bayern. He wants to win the title with the German giants, who have won at least one trophy in the last decade.
“I want to play in the Champions League and fight for the title. My goal is to win all the trophies we are fighting for,” said Harry Kane when he was introduced as a new Bayern Munich player.
Kane appeared trendy at the start of his career at Bayern Munich. The England national team captain has collected 14 goals in 13 matches in all competitions.
However, Bayern has had to say ‘goodbye’ to two of the four titles they are competing for this season. Thomas Tuchel’s troops failed to win German Super Cup and DFB Cup.
In the German Super Cup, Bayern lost 0-3 to RB Leipzig where Kane debuted with The Reds. Bayern was then eliminated in the second round of the 2023/2024 DFB Pokal.
Bayern were surprisingly kicked out by the German third division team, Saarbrucken, in Thursday’s match (2/11/2023). Jamal Musiala cs gave up 1-2 and had to lift his suitcase faster than the DFB Pokal.
Bayern now only has to rely on the Bundesliga and Champions League to win the title this season. FC Hollywood currently in second place in the German League standings behind Bayer Leverkusen.
Harry Kane still optimistic that he can win the title in his first season in Bayern Munich. He also prayed for his former team, Tottenham Hotspur, who topped the Premier League standings after his death.
“There’s still a long way to go and I’m always paying attention to the Premier League. Things are still going well [untuk Bayern dan Tottenham] right now,” said Kane, as reported by Brand.
