Tottenham Hotspur failed to take advantage of dominance throughout the match to be a positive result at headquarters Antwerp. The Lilywhites collapsed 0-1.

Antwerp gets another chance in the 74th minute. Sanchez lost possession in his own half, so Pieter Gerkens found a free-running Simen Juklerod. But Gerkens failed to finish due to a shot that went flying despite facing the goal without pressure.

Two minutes later, Vestraete’s turn to stab, run across the middle, and shoot. Davies readily read the situation and blocked the ball.

Tottenham continued to try to penetrate the Antwerp defense and found no way. Son’s kick which was muted by Jeremy Gelin marked the end of this match without another goal.
