They imagined what it would be like to live here and wondered aloud if that was theoretically possible,” Reddy said in an interview with the Associated Press news agency.
entertainment">The governor-general, who represents Queen Elizabeth in New Zealand, went on to say that that was “obviously” possible and that they should explore the possibilities. “They were still figuring out how to raise their family. And they have clearly done so ever since.”
entertainment">Reddy clarifies that she didn’t see the conversation as a formal request for help, but more as an informal conversation. According to her, Harry and Meghan were clearly impressed by life in New Zealand.
