In 1984, Ford and Kwan starred in the cult action comedy Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. By that time, Harrison was already a superstar, starred in 21 films, and young Jonathan made his debut as a shorty. A refugee from Vietnam, he managed to graduate from the US Department of Cinematography at the University of Southern California. The American Dream has come true for eight of his brothers and sisters.
After Indiana, there was also demand for the adult Kwan: He played roles in nine feature films and six made-for-television movies (his latest, the black sci-fi comedy Everything Anywhere, was released in April) and became a recognized stunt coordinator. The most famous project of him is X-Men.
– Before meeting Harrison, my heart was pounding desperately: he would recognize me, because I was a boy in “… The Temple of Doom”. But Harrison recognized me immediately,-Kwan shared his joy.
