Harris Attacks Trump: ‘Foreign Leaders Laugh at Him’

(ANSA) – WASHINGTON, SEPTEMBER 10 – “Foreign leaders laugh at Trump.” Kamala Harris said this in her televised duel with her Republican opponent. “They think it’s a disgrace,” she added. Trump refused to acknowledge that he lost the 2020 election even in the televised debate with Kamala Harris. “On January 6, 2021, the President of the United States incited a violent riot against Capitol Hill.” The Democratic candidate pressed him. Addressing the cameras directly, she then said: “We can’t go back, we have to turn the page.” Harris also recalled that the tycoon threatened a “bloodbath” if he doesn’t win in November. But Donald Trump shifts all responsibility for the assault on the Capitol when one of the anchors of the presidential debate asks him if he has any regrets about that day. The tycoon instead blamed the then Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi for not having called in the National Guard. The former president is facing trial for the attack on Congress. (ANSA).
