Some smokers agree to drink e-cigarettes, thinking that they are less harmful than regular cigarettes for dental health, and this is not true, but the two have been shown to have almost the same damage.

In this regard, a recent study warned against smoking e-cigarettes, noting that it represents a great danger to the health of the gums, as it exposes them to an annoying disease.
The study concluded that smokers of e-cigarettes are 27 percent more likely to have bleeding gums, according to Health.

Researchers have found that the reason for the prevalence of bleeding gums among e-cigarette smokers is due to the presence of a sticky layer in the mouth that contains bacteria that infect periodontal tissues with inflammation.
The research team also noted that the risk of bleeding gums remains, even if the smoker who smokes brushes their teeth with daily brushing, toothpaste and flossing.
