Reporter Radio (NPO Radio 1) conducted research in six cities at eighteen hardware stores. At eight hardware stores the bags were up to 11 months past the expiration date. The chromium-6 in cement is a binder when making concrete. As long as the cement has not passed the date, people are not at risk.
