When Lina’s parents bought their house, they were 38 and 29 years old, respectively. The house, located on Hisingen in Gothenburg, has nine rooms, three toilets and a kitchen. The price tag then: SEK 1.9 million.
– They still live there. I often think that I will probably be very much older than 29 before I can afford to get such a large house with today’s prices. It feels extremely sad and melancholy, says Lina, who does not want to go out with her last name for fear of losing her current home.
