Reported from Mothership.sgHard Rock which is in Resort World Sentosa (RWS) officially closed on May 7. This announcement was delivered directly by Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa via the website Facebook.

“We are permanently closed on May 7, 2023. Who knows you didn’t realize it,” he wrote.

The post was accompanied by an edited photo of Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa with a farewell “Thank you & goodbye“

The iconic restaurant confirmed that their closure was due to the RWS area redevelopment plans.

“RWS plans to redevelop the entire area, which means some tenants will have to move,” Hard Rock Cafe Singapore said on its Facebook page.

Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa has been around for 13 years. Netizens are of course wondering, will Hard Rock reopen?

“At this time, we cannot confirm whether we will reopen or not. We may open in a new location,” he continued.
