Frank Plasberg has been the host of his ARD talk show “Hart aber fair” for weeks. The background is health problems, the ARD announced on Tuesday.
Plasberg suffers from a temporary failure of the right balance organ, it is said. The ear was damaged by a long-ago bang trauma. The doctors had therefore ordered him to rest.
A replacement for Plasberg is already certain: “Hard but fair” will be moderated by Susan Link for some editions from January 27th. The 43-year-old works as a moderator of the “ARD morning magazine” and the WDR talk show “Kölner Treff”.
