British Prime Minister Johnson has revealed his plans to various media through government sources. One day before the new round of trade negotiations, Johnson sets a deadline. If no free trade agreement is concluded with the European Union on 15 October, there will be a hard Brexit, without an agreement. The prime minister would announce that today. It has long been known that Johnson would not turn his hand if there is no deal. He himself was a staunch supporter of the exit from the Union and has since remained much sharper in his rhetoric than his predecessor Theresa May.
