Books – Muhammad Shaaban:

No sooner had “Abdul Mawla” left the prison walls after the end of his prison term than he smelled the scent of freedom that was robbed of him because of his abnormal behavior through drugs, but he will soon return behind the bars of his cell with a heinous crime he committed against his wife and five daughters.

Since “Abd al-Mawla” landed in Giza from his hometown, Beni Suef Governorate, he and his wife, “Rania”, settled in one of the houses in Kafr Ghatati, located between the regions of Haram and Kerdasa.

An unacceptable mental image was imprinted in the minds of the neighbors about a person with a criminal record who was associated with an addiction to poisons that exhausted his body without any of them knowing what would happen within the walls of that house.

About 90 minutes before midnight on Monday, the sound of a fight was heard on Bahgat Street, at the end of the Faisal district, towards Kerdasa Center. A quarrel was followed by ceaseless screams and cries, so everyone rushed to extend a helping hand and discover what was going on, and it was the great catastrophe.

Quick directives from the Director of the General Department of Giza Investigation, Major General Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, to examine the communication and find out its circumstances, in coordination with the Public Security Sector.

Examination and investigation under the supervision of Brigadier General Ali Abdel Rahman, Chief of Investigation in the West Sector, revealed that a man named “Abdul Mawla.b.” He quarreled with his wife, and the situation reached the point where he declared a knife and slaughtered his wife, then attacked his five children – between the ages of 5 and 16 years – with the knife in the neck area.

The wife fell dead in a pool of blood, and her daughter joined her, while 4 women with slit wounds were taken to Al-Haram Hospital for treatment.

The crime of the worker “Abdul Mawla b.” The owner of the criminal record claimed the life of the wife, “Rania, 39 years old,” and her daughter (Jana, 9 years old), with a slaughter wound in the neck.

The four girls of the worker were severely injured in the neck and were taken to Al-Haram Hospital for treatment.

Street residents saw the perpetrator of the “Haram massacre” jogging out of the area with blood-stained clothes and a pale face indicating the effect of the drugs he had become a prisoner of.

A report of the incident was issued and Major General Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Assistant Minister of Interior for the Giza Security Sector, referred it to the Public Prosecution Office for investigation.
