Gesine Cukrowski became known through the series “And bye!” and “The Last Witness”. She can also be admired in numerous television films. Today the versatile actress and producer celebrates her 55th birthday.

The actress has owned her own production company since 2000 and has since appeared less in series and more often in television films.
That changed in 2023, because on February 1st she was seen as Eva de Vries in the series “Hotel Mondial”. She played the owner in the first season and is in the process of keeping the hotel in Schwerin in season 2.
A face becomes known through series. That’s how it was with Gesine Cukrowski. It started with “Praxis Bülowbogen”, in which she appeared in a supporting role as Sister Irene. Then it was “And bye!”. In the series for RTL produced by Bavaria, she played Petra Rennford, the girlfriend of the main actor Günni, played by Benno Führmann.
After this somewhat crazy side of Gesine Cukrowksi, she appeared alongside Ulrich bother in the series “The Last Witness”. In the successful series she was Dr. Judith Sommer, the right hand of Dr. Robert Kolmaar.
Gesine Cukrowski was particularly loved in various Robben films in which she played together with Oliver Mommsen. It started with “A Seal to Love”.
In 2014 we went to Mauritius with the “dream ship” and had to report with Harald Schmidt on his talk show.
Last year she was a guest of Bettina Böttinger in the “Kölner Treff”. There we also find out a little about her and of course her current work.
The actress is actively involved in Welthungerhilfe. Celebrities who use their popularity to make the world a little better should also be shown from this side.
Gesine Cukrowksi and her actor colleague Pia-Micaela Barucki (“Soko”, “Charité”) have been producing their own little documentaries for over two years. Last year the article “Everything with Heimatfilm” was created.
