(Stavanger Aftenblad) Behind them the motorhome is parked. In front of them, the shadows draw a film on the asphalt, an illustration of life in black and white.
Then she grabs his hand, suddenly, lovingly.
“Hansemann and Nina on new adventures” they have written on the side of the motorhome.
But now they do not know. Hansemann has got cancer. Bone marrow cancer. A long life as an oil worker in the North Sea haunts him.
For Hansemann is going to die of the cancer life that the mechanic at Equinor has probably given him.
He does not know when. He hopes for another 20 years, but knows that death can be impatient.
Nina turns to the camper. When Hans retired, the plan was for them to flaunt it.
