Lübeck – The 1. FC Phoenix Lübeck beat Hannover 96 II 2:3 (1:1) in front of 1,305 spectators in the stadium at Buniamshof. It was a game with many opportunities on both sides, in which the Lower Saxony team acted more calmly and stole the three points from the Hanseatic city. Hannover is now the top favorite for the championship title Regional league Nord.
Unfortunate refereeing performance
After seven minutes the game really started. Lübeck had the first corner and Ntika had the first real opportunity to make it 1-0. However, his header went wide of the goal. Shortly afterwards, Hannover 96 II received a controversial penalty. Muhammed Damar was lightly pulled, an offense that can be whistled but doesn’t have to be whistled. The fouled player stepped up himself and made it 1-0 for Lower Saxony in the 18th minute. The game then became restless. The referee no longer really had the match under control and made unfortunate decisions. Phoenix got better and better as a result. First Fritzsche had a great chance to equalize, then Meier was fouled in the penalty area of 96. The Eagles also had the chance to score with a penalty. Johann Berger (32.) didn’t have to be told twice and changed. With a score of 1:1 we went into the catacombs.
Five minutes of continuous sleep
Shortly after half time the next controversial scene. An alleged foul on Phoenix in midfield was not punished, and HSV then brutally played the subsequent counterattack. Gindorf up Hussein Chakroun (47th), who made it 2-1. It came even thicker than the outstanding one Muhammed Damar scored a brace with his dream goal just two minutes later. Iloka also saw a yellow-red card in the 52nd minute. The game seemed decided, but Phoenix continued to fight and kept the ball away from their own goal. In the 86th minute Valdemar Sadrifar on the spot and scored with a remarkable lob to make it 2-3. In the last few minutes, Lübeck pressed for an equalizer. However, this was denied him and Hannover 96 II left the field as winners in the top game.
